** Shares of medical device maker Globus Medical  GMED.N 
rise ~3% to $56 in extended trading
    ** Company reports preliminary Q4 revenues of ~$615.5
million, above analysts' estimates of $602.3 mln -LSEG data     
     ** Company expects full-year 2024 revenue in the range of
$2.45 bln to $2.48 bln vs LSEG estimates of $2.47 bln
    ** GMED sees adj. earnings per share in the range of $2.68
to $2.70 vs analysts' estimates of $2.72 per share -LSEG data   
    ** Stock fell ~28.3% in 2023
