** Shares of Globus Spirits  GLOS.NS  up 2.4% at 802.20

    ** Liquor maker said it entered a joint venture agreement
with Spanish brewer ANSA McAL
    ** Under the agreement, GLOS and ANSA will set up an equally
owned JV in India to manufacture, source and distribute beer in
India
    ** Adds, initial focus of JV to introduce "Carib" beer brand
in the country
    ** Trading volume nearly twice the 30-day moving avg
    ** Stock down 8.2% YTD after gaining 4% in 2023
