April 1 (Reuters) - New Sports Group Ltd  0299.HK : 
 * Lau wan po and zhang xiaodong have been appointed as executive directors 
 * Wang zhiqiang, zuo jian zhong, tang yau sing, zhang zhige and liu wei have tendered their resignation as executive directors 
 * Says zuo jian zhong has tendered his resignation as the chief executive officer 
 * Says zhang xiaodong has been appointed as the chairman and the chief executive officer 
 * Wang zhiqiang and zuo jian zhong will cease to be co-chairman of the company with such cessations to take effect from 1 April 2016
