 * Says "apart from mr. wang, no current directors of the company are involved 
   in the incident" 
 * Wang Zhiqiang involved in incident is being criticized by stock exchange, 
 * Wang Zhiqiang has no longer participated in the decision making of the daily 
   operations of the company 
 * Subsequent to the incident, all the relevant directors involved in incident, 
   except mr. Wang, have left the company 
 * Says reference is made to press release published by stock exchange of Hong 
   Kong on 6 January 2016
