yen per share through public offering, to raise 42.62 billion
yen in total
    * Says subscription period from Aug. 22 to Aug. 23 and
payment
date on Sept. 3 for the offering
    * Says it will issue new units at the paid-in price of 
103,697
yen per share through private placement to raise up to 2.05
billion yen in total
    * Says the subscription date on Sept. 25 and payment date on
Sept.
