    * Said on Thursday had decided to change the company's structure 
    * The company's operations will now be divided between two subsidiaries 
    * Unit Glunz & Jensen A/S to take over graphic related operations, unit Selandia Park A/S to 
take over real estate operations 
    * Following structural changes, the company plans to change name to Glunz & Jensen Holding
