July 28 (Reuters) - Glunz And Jensen A/S  GJ.CO : 
    * Agreed to buy 40 pct of share capital in English Lithographic Processor Services Ltd. 
(LPS) 
    * Acquisition of the stake will take place Sept. 1, 2015 
    * There is option to buy additional 40 pct of the share capital in 3 years' time 
    * Purchase price is 130,000 pounds ($202,540.00) in cash
