** Shares of GMM Pfaudler  GMMP.NS  fall as much as 5.1% to
1,334 rupees
    ** Engineering equipment supplier for pharma and chemical
industries reported a 12.1% Y/Y fall in Q4 profit to 310.7 mln
rupees ($3.7 mln)
    ** Revenue from operations fell 14.5% Y/Y
    ** Co also recommended a final dividend of 1 rupee per
share, subject to requisite approvals 
    ** More than 771,000 shares traded by 11:33 a.m. IST, 8.1x
its 30-day avg
    ** Including session's move, stock is down 17% YTD
