** Industrial equipment maker posts consol net loss of 269.5 mln rupees ($3.2 mln) in Q4 vs year-ago profit of 276.3 mln rupees

** GGMMP reports exceptional charge of 476.6 mln rupees due to closure of its UK Leven facility, related costs

** Rev from ops grows 8.9% y/y

** More than 214,401 shares traded, over 2.5x the 30-day moving average
