Emmanuelle Wargon, the new head of France's CRE energy
regulator, said she had summoned Spanish utility Iberdrola for
talks after Iberdrola's move to end thousands of French retail

A Peruvian judge on Tuesday admitted a $4.5 billion lawsuit
against Spanish oil firm Repsol SA REP.MC , eight months after
an underwater oil pipeline owned by the company caused a spill

Renazca, a company owned by Merlin MRL.MC , GMP YGMP.MC ,
Alba ALB.MC and Monthisa, plans to refurbish, conserve and
operate the public area of the Azca Complex in Madrid for 40
years. The renovation of the project would cost about 44 million
euros ($43.81 million), newspaper Expansion reported on
Wednesday.
