** Engineering co reports 73% y/y fall in Q4 consol net profit to 437.2 mln rupees; rev up 6.3%

** Total expenses jump 14% y/y, with consumption of fuel expenses rising 5.4%

** Stock on track to fall for second day

** GMRP last down 2.6%, cutting YTD gains to 4.1%
