June 30 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2000 GMT on Monday:

** Spain's BBVA BBVA.MC said it would move ahead with its hostile takeover bid for Sabadell SABE.MC despite the government effectively blocking it from fully merging with its smaller rival for at least three years. nL8N3SX1F4

** French cosmetics giant L'Oreal OREP.PA said it had signed an agreement to acquire haircare brand Color Wow, as it seeks to tap rapid growth in premium hair products. nL8N3SX1E4

** Italian asset manager Banca Mediolanum BMED.MI said it had begun the sale of its entire 3.5% stake in merchant bank Mediobanca MDBI.MI via an accelerated bookbuilding process. nL8N3SX1CL

** Alphabet's GOOGL.O Google said it has struck a deal to buy power from a project in Virginia fueled by fusion, the reaction that powers the sun and the stars but is not yet commercial on Earth. nL1N3SX0KJ

**  Indian hospital chain Apollo Hospitals APLH.NS said it will spin off and separately list its digital health and pharmacy unit within 18 to 21 months, as part of a reorganisation. nL4N3SX143

** Aerospace supplier TransDigm Group  said it will acquire Simmonds Precision Products from defense contractor RTX Corp  for about $765 million in cash. nL4N3SX0YL

** British private equity firm Oakley Capital Investments  said it has agreed to sell its legal technology platform vLex to legal software provider Clio in a deal valuing the Spanish start-up at $1 billion. nL6N3SX0KU

** Motion and control products maker Parker-Hannifin PH.N has agreed to buy Curtis Instruments from privately held power generation systems maker Rehlko for $1 billion, it said on Monday. nL4N3SX0Z0

** U.S. drugmaker AbbVie  said it will acquire cell therapy developer Capstan Therapeutics in a cash deal worth up to $2.1 billion. nL4N3SX0WY

** Home Depot  said unit SRS Distribution has agreed to acquire specialty building products distributor GMS  for about $4.3 billion, amid threats of a hostile takeover from rival QXO . nL4N3SX0VC

** U.S.-based infrastructure investment firm I Squared Capital has withdrawn plans to make a takeover offer for Hong Kong's HKBN <1310.HK>, the broadband operator said , as a competing bid backed by a state-owned entity takes center stage. nL4N3SX0PL

** Hyatt Hotels  said it has agreed to sell the real estate portfolio owned by Playa Hotels  to Tortuga Resorts for $2 billion, as the U.S. hospitality chain seeks to strengthen its asset-light business. nL4N3SX0PD

** Private equity firm Advent International said it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in LayerZero Power Systems, which manufactures power infrastructure equipment for data centers. nL4N3SX0OL

** Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has expanded its national footprint through a partnership with Connecticut-based Berliner-Gelfand & Co, and separately has added Will Bradshaw as a producer in Florida. nL6N3SU0PF

** India's Torrent Pharmaceuticals  said on Sunday it will acquire a 46.39% controlling stake in smaller peer JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals  from New York-based investment firm KKR , and plans to merge the two drugmakers. nL1N3SX01S

** China's biggest gold and copper producer Zijin Mining <601899.SS> said it had agreed to buy one of the largest gold mines of Kazakhstan, the Raygorodok Gold Mine, for $1.2 billion. nL4N3SX00R
