Adds details on GN deal funding, updates prices
** Shares in Amplifon AMPF.MI up 15% after beating Q1 expectations and suggesting an equity raise to buy GN Store Nord's GN.CO hearing business may be less dilutive than expected
** The Italian hearings aids maker guided for 2026 organic growth of more than 3%. Its Q1 net profit rose by 6.7%
** J.P. Morgan says quarterly results show "signs of improvement," with management pointing to a progressive recovery in Q1 and expressing confidence in continued momentum into Q2
** The broker adds management framed the potential equity raise (up to 750 mln euros) as a conservative cap, seeing the raise more likely at half of that amount, with potentially lower dilution than headline thanks to synergies
** Equita: "Under these conditions, the deal would be about 10% less dilutive than the initial simulations"
** Amplifon set for its best day since 2009. Including Wednesday's rise, however, the stock is down around 19% YTD
