HK's GoFintech rises to 22-1/2-year high on joint venture with QureGenAl

** Shares of GoFintech Quantum Innovation 0290.HK jump 12.6% to HK$9.49, their highest point since September 2003

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since April 13, and is top pct gainer in the Hang Seng Composite Index on financials stocks .HSCIF, which climbs 0.3%

** The operator of financial technology investment platforms  said it enters a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding with China's high-tech enterprise QureGenAl (Suzhou) BioTechnology to mark GoFintech's strategic expansion into quantum AI drug discovery sector

** The parties intend to set up a joint venture to operate drug discovery systems to establish a quantum frontier technology investment fund and to launch a quantum computing center in Hong Kong

** YTD, stock up 253.2%, benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI up 2.8%
