 * Offeror intends to make offers through Kingston securities, to acquire all issued shares and all outstanding warrants and to cancel all outstanding 
   options 
 * Deal for for each offer share hk$0.042 in cash 
 * Value of the share offer and the warrant offer are hk$168.8 million and  hk$130,000 respectively
