    ** Co reports Q4 profit fell 65% y-o-y, hurt by higher cost
of materials consumed
    ** Declared final dividend of 17.5 rupees/share
    ** Over 140,500 shares traded by 09:30 a.m. IST, 2.8x the
30-day avg
    ** Stock currently trading around its 100-day simple moving
avg of 486.58 rupees
    ** Stock's decline erase slim YTD gains; GOAC now down ~7%
