India's Goa Carbon jumps 12% as Bilaspur unit resumes operations

** Shares of calcined petroleum coke maker Goa Carbon
 GOAC.NS  rise as much as 11.9% to 474 rupees, their highest
since May 30
    ** Co said on Friday operations at its Bilaspur unit in
Chattisgarh had resumed  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2YP0QB
    ** The normal production is likely to resume shortly at
plant - GOAC
    ** The unit was shut on June 12 
    ** About 232,766 shares change hands, 5x the 30-day avg of
47,207 shares
    ** GOAC stock up 18.8% YTD, as of last close
