** Shares of steel and ferro alloys producer  SAEM.NS  rise
as much a 5.2% to 416.60 rupees, highest since Sept. 18, 2018
    ** Co on Tuesday received approval for capacity expansion at

    ** Shares of co, which makes and exports manganese-based
ferro alloys, are up 18% so far this year as of last close
