up ~6% at $25.96
** D.A. Davidson raises PT on AMRK to $57 from $52
** Brokerage says despite a decrease in sales in its
direct-to-consumer arm, co has made healthy profits from the
unit
** On Thursday, co also signed a $1.1 mln settlement with
the U.S. CFTC, which was scrutinizing certain transactions by
its subsidiary urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL4N30T3PP
** AMRK did not admit to or deny the CFTC's charges
** YTD, stock has fallen ~12%
