Australia's Gold Road Resources jumps on record output, higher sales at WA project

** Shares of Gold Road Resources  GOR.AX  rise as much as
2.9% to A$2.15, their highest levels since Dec 12, 2024
    ** The gold miner posts a record quarterly gold output of 
91,631 ounces for the Dec quarter from the Gruyere project in
Western Australia, its joint venture with South Africa's Gold
Fields  GFIJ.J  
    ** Co reports quarterly gold sales of 47,745 oz at an
average sales price of A$4,093/oz, vs 32,507 oz at A$3,719/oz in
Sept quarter
    ** About 2 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 3.8 mln
    ** Stock rose 4.3% in 2024
