highest since July 5
    ** Co signs binding farm-in agreement and share placement
transaction with Gold Road Resources  GOR.AX  over tenements
around and containing the co's Guyer Gold Trend
    ** Sees deal value up to A$44 mln ($27.9 mln)
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since Aug. 7
    ** Around 3.9 mln shares traded vs the 30-day avg of 315,693
in stock's busiest day since June 5
    ** GOR slips as much as 2.12% to A$2.075
    ** ICL up 23.1% this year, as of last close
