Golden Rock Global Plc (LSR:GCG), (the "Company") a special purpose
acquisition company, is pleased to announce the appointment of PKF Littlejohn
LLP of Westferry Circus, London as its Auditor with immediate effect.

 

John Croft, Director commented "The Board is delighted to reappoint PKF as its
Auditor for its financial years 2023 and 2024. Completion of these audits will
be a significant milestone in getting the Company's listing on the London
Stock Exchange unsuspended".
