    * Gol Yatirim Holding to buy 3.17 percent share in Goltas 
Goller Bolgesi Cimento  GOLTS.IS  from shareholder Sevket 
Demirel 
    * Gol Yatirim Holding will buy 0.14 pct group A and 3.03 pct 
group B shares 
    * Gol Yatirim Holding currently holds 27.56 pct stake in 
Goltas Cimento 
    * After the acquisition there wont be any change in the 
management of Goltas Cimento
