Confirmation of Directorate Change
Gooch & Housego PLC, the specialist manufacturer of optical components and systems, announced on 4 June 2019 that after five years as Chief Operating Officer, Alex Warnock had decided to step down from his role at the Company after the end of the 2019 financial year. He left the Company and the Board on 8 November 2019.
Alex has put in place a strong and experienced management team based around three manufacturing centres, which have been operating successfully in the current structure for two years. We currently do not intend to replace Alex and the three manufacturing heads will report directly into the CEO.
