Pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Constelex Technology Enablers Limited announced on 26 November 2013, application has today been made to London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading of 15,426 new ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares"). The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue and admission is expected to become effective on 12 November 2014.
