Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it was today notified that on 30 June 2015, Gareth Jones, Chairman, transferred 3,732 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Jane Jones. 
Mr Jones' beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 55,401 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.23 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
