Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM: GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic components & systems, announces that the Company was notified on 28 March 2019 that, on the same date, Alex Warnock, Chief Operating Officer, exercised 21,240 options vested under the Gooch & Housego PLC 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan and in order to satisfy the income tax obligations subsequently sold 10,084 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £12.40 per Ordinary Share.
 
Following this, Alex Warnock has an interest in 28,403 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
