Gooch & Housego PLC (AIM:GHH), the specialist manufacturer of photonic
components and systems announces that the Company was notified on 26 September
2024 that, on the same date, Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated to
the Chairman purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.22 per share.

 

Following this purchase, Gary Bullard has increased his interest to 59,205
Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.23% of the Company's total
issued share capital.
