Notice of Results, Analyst Briefing and Investor Presentation

 

Good Energy Group PLC (AIM:  GOOD), the 100% renewable electricity supplier
and innovative energy services provider, will announce preliminary results
for the year ended 31 December 2021 on Tuesday 29 March 2022.

Analyst Briefing

Management will be hosting an analyst briefing at the offices of SEC Newgate
and via web conference at 9:30am on the day of the results. Analysts wishing
to attend the presentation should register their interest by

Investor Presentation

Nigel Pocklington, Chief Executive Officer and Rupert Sanderson, Chief
Financial Officer, will be hosting a live presentation updating on the results
for the year ended 31 December 2021 via the Investor Meet Company platform on
Tuesday 29 March at 2:00pm.

The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication
structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy,
business model and performance are clearly understood and has taken the
following measures to ensure this is the case:

•     The online presentation is open to all existing and potential
shareholders.

•     Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet
Company dashboard or at any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a
Question" function.*

•     Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management
post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of
its shareholder base.
