Notice of Results, Analyst Briefing & Retail Investor Presentation

Good Energy Group PLC (AIM: GOOD), the pioneering clean energy company, will
announce results for the period ended 30 June 2023 on 19 September 2023.

Analyst Briefing

Management will be hosting a briefing for analysts at 9:00am on the day of the
results at the offices of Canaccord Genuity, London. Analysts wishing to
attend the presentation either in person or virtually should register their

Retail Investor Presentation

Nigel Pocklington, Chief Executive Officer, and Rupert Sanderson, Chief
Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation updating on the results
and prospects via the Investor Meet Company platform on Tuesday 19 September
2023 at 11:00am.

The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication
structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy,
business model and performance are clearly understood.

•   The online presentation is open to all existing and potential
shareholders.

•   Questions can be submitted pre-event via your IMC dashboard or at any
time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function.*
