Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like the
notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 16,783,914 ordinary shares with
a nominal value of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any
shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,783,914.

The figure of 16,783,914 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interests in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
