** Shares of the data center landlord extend losses on forecasting a lower operating earnings per share growth for FY26

** Sees operating earnings per share growth of 9% for FY26, compared to the 9.8% growth it saw for FY25

** Shares set for worst week since July 11

** YTD, shares down 4.3%
