Australia's Goodman top gainer on ASX after $9.32 billion data centre venture

** Shares of Australia's Goodman Group GMG.AX rise as much as 7.5% to A$31.42, their biggest climb since April 10

** GMG is the top gainer on the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index .AXJO, which is up 0.4%

** The data centre landlord signs an agreement with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board to establish an A$14 billion ($9.32 billion) European data centre partnership

** Co adds 50-50 venture involves an initial total capital commitment of A$3.9 billion to develop a portfolio of data centre projects in Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Paris

** GMG down 12% YTD
