Australia's Soul Pattinson divests Brickworks’ Industrial JV Property Trusts for $1.33 billion June 18 (Reuters) - Washington H. Soul Pattinson SOL.AX said on Thursday it has agreed to divest some Brickworks property division Industrial JV Trust real estate interests for A$1.89 billion ($1.33 billion).
The investment firm entered into the agreement with entities of data centre landlord Goodman Group GMG.AX and the Goodman Australia Industrial Partnership.
