** Citi says the Australian real estate sector remains a
relatively attractive growth opportunity, reflective of its
strong demand-supply fundamentals
    ** Brokerage says the sector's low development supply is
supported by strong underlying consumer demand, driven by a
resilient local consumer and growing populations from
immigration
    ** Australia's real estate sector  .AXRE  up 1.1% on Monday
    ** Citi anticipates rising investor interest in the
sub-sector physical markets in 2025
    ** Brokerage sees higher corporate activity, supported
valuations and growth in funds management platforms in retail
real estate
    ** Sector majors Dexus  DXS.AX  and Goodman Group  GMG.AX 
up 0.7% and 1.5%, respectively
