The Company received notification on 9th September, 2020 of a transaction completed on the 8th September, 2020 for the sale of 8,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of £29.00 per share which Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Director has an interest in.
 
The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be so).
