DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

 

The Company received notification on 21st December 2022, of a number of
transactions in which Mr. M. S. Goodwin and former Executive Director Mr. R.
S. Goodwin are interested.

 

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr.
B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former
Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be

3,110 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on 20(th)
December 2022.  2,953 ordinary shares at a price of £32.20 per share, 97
ordinary shares at a price of £31.83 per share and 60 ordinary shares at a
price of £31.79 per share all into his SIPP account.

 

Mr. R.S. Goodwin

1.   2,991 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on
21(st) December 2022 into his SIPP account 1,801 ordinary shares at a price of
£33.30 per share and 1,190 ordinary shares at a price of £33.60 per share.
