DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

 

The Company received notification on 15(th) April, 2024 of a number of
transactions in which Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. B. R.E Goodwin and Mr. J. W
Goodwin are interested.

 

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr.
B. R. E. Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former
Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be
so).

 

Following these transactions, the total beneficial and non-beneficial holdings
of the concert party members who are current or previous Executive Directors

Details of Notifiable Transactions

Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin

1.   410 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the
11(th) April 2024 at a price of £59.85 per share.

2.   385 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr.
T. J. W. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. S. Goodwin on the 11(th) April 2024 at a price
of £59.85 per share.

3.   156 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into a
Junior ISA account for Mr. Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin, at a
price of £57.59 per share on 10(th) April 2024.

4.   154 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased into a
Junior ISA account for Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin, at a
price of £57.80 per share on 10(th) April, 2024.

Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin

1.   675 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were sold at a price
of £56.40 per share on the 10(th) April 2024.

2.   352 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased at a
price of £56.48 per share on the 10(th) April 2024.

3.   158 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased for
Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's son, Master Goodwin and 158 shares were purchased for
Mr. B. R. E. Goodwin's daughter, Miss Goodwin at a price of £56.62 per share
on the 10(th) April 2024.

 

Mr. J. W. Goodwin

1.   350 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased on the
11(th) April 2024 at a price of £60.00 per share and 75 ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company were purchased on the 15(th) April 2024 at a price
of £60.50 per share.

2.   350 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were purchased by Mr.
J. W. Goodwin's wife, Mrs. E. Goodwin on the 11(th) April 2024 at a price of
£60.00 per share 75 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company were
purchased on the 15(th) April 2024 at a price of £60.50 per share.
