DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

 

The Company received notification on 14th November, 2025 of a number of
transactions in which Mr. R. S. Goodwin, Mr. J. W. Goodwin, Mr. M. S. Goodwin,
Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr. B. R.E Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are interested.

 

The following Executive Directors, Mr. M. S. Goodwin, Mr. S. R. Goodwin, Mr.
B. R.E Goodwin and Mr. T. J. W. Goodwin are acting in concert with former
Executive Directors Mr. J. W. Goodwin and Mr R. S. Goodwin (and deemed to be
so).
