Result of General Meeting

 

Goodwin PLC (LSE: GDWN) announces that at the General Meeting held earlier
today, the Resolutions were duly passed.

Further to the Company's announcement and the Circular to Shareholders dated 5
May 2023 ("Circular"), the latest time and date for receipt of Tender Forms or
TTE Instructions from Shareholders in respect of the Tender Offer is 1.00 p.m.
today, 30 May 2023.

The results of the Tender Offer will be announced tomorrow, 31 May 2023.

All references to time in this announcement are to UK time. Capitalised terms
in this announcement (unless otherwise defined) have the same meanings as set
out in the Circular.
