Director Share Purchase and PDMR Dealing

 

Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy
storage fund, was informed that on 15 September 2023, Tom Murley,
Non-Executive Director, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 80.096442p per
share. Following this purchase, Mr Murley has a beneficial interest in 75,000
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share
capital.
