 * Recommended final dividend of 0.10 rupees per share

GP Petroleums Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decisions: 
 
1. Recommended final dividend @ 2% amounting to Rs. 0.10 per share on equity share of Rs. 5/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016. 
 
2. Mr. Ayush Goel has been appointed as an Additional Director with effect from May 23, 2016.
