Australia's GPT Group climbs on turnaround to profit in FY21

** Shares of GPT Group  GPT.AX  rise as much as 2.4% to
A$5.120, marking their biggest intraday percentage gain since
Feb 8
    ** The property trust posts a FY21 net profit after tax of
A$1.42 bln ($1.01 bln), compared with a loss of A$213.2 mln a

    ** Declares to pay a full year distribution of 23.2
Australian cents per security (CPS), up from 22.5 CPS a year
earlier, and expects to deliver a 25 CPS for FY22
    ** Stock down ~7.8% this year, as of last close
