Australia's GPT Group to acquire 50% stake in office property for $559 million
Oct 24 (Reuters) - Australia's GPT Group GPT.AX said on Friday it would acquire a 50% stake in Grosvenor Place office tower in Sydney, for A$860 million ($559 million). Upon completion of the deal, Commonwealth Superannuation Corp will own the other half of the stake in the property.
