** Shares of GPT Infraprojects Ltd  GPTI.NS  rise 2% to 112.40 rupees,
highest since January 18, 2018
    ** Stock on track to gain for a seventh session straight, if gains hold
    ** Co on Wednesday said it received an order worth 7.39 bln rupees ($88.77
mln) from National Highways Authority of India
    ** The said order is for construction of new four-lane Prayagraj southern
bypass on NH-19 in the state of Uttar Pradesh
    ** Stock up ~102% YTD, as of last close
