The Company announces that it has received notification that, on 28 September
2023, Robert Hudson, Chief Financial Officer, transferred a total of 112,900
ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to his
civil partner, Robert Driscoll, for nil consideration.
