NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL

Grainger announces that pursuant to the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive
Plan ("LTIP"), Helen Gordon (Group CEO) has completed the following exercises
of nil-cost options and subsequent sale of 5p ordinary shares in the Company
to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities arising from the
exercises.

The sale of Shares took place on 4 June 2025 at an average price of £2.15.
