In accordance with DTR 3, the Company was notified on 3 March 2026 of the
purchase of 1,008 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 27 February
2026 by Michael Brodtman (a PDMR) as a result of his participation in the
Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") through a nominee service.
