NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL
RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3, the Company was notified on 10 March 2026 of the
purchase of 596 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 20 February 2026
by Helen Gordon (a PDMR) as a result of her participation in the Company's
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") through a nominee service.

 

As a result of the above transaction, Helen Gordon's total shareholding is
925,742 and includes Shares held by Link Market Services Trustees Ltd pursuant
to Grainger's Share Incentive Plan (SIP).

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
