Grainger plc- 2022 Dividend

Correction to Record Date

Following the announcement on 17 November 2022 of the full year audited
financial results for the year to 30 September 2022, the Company wishes to
correct the record date communicated in the announcement. The revised record
date is 30 December 2022. All other details set out in the announcement were
correct and remain unchanged. The timetable is as follows: -

 Ex-Dividend Date             -  29 December 2022
 Record Date                  -  30 December 2022
 Last Date for DRIP Election  -  24 January 2023
 Payment Date                 -  14 February 2023
